Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of seat-airlines.space (“the site”), its flight game, the cabin directory, the advert wall, and the features that let you share to X. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
Seat Airlines is an entertainment website. It shows a 3D airliner that is flown by the public market data of the $SEAT token on Solana, and it includes a small game you can play and share.
2. Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older to use the site. Do not use it anywhere it is unlawful for you to do so. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you where you live.
3. Not financial advice
- Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything.
- Seat Airlines does not sell $SEAT or any other token and does not handle trades. Links to buy it go to third-party exchanges, such as pump.fun, whose own terms apply.
- Crypto tokens are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Any decision to buy, hold or sell a token is yours alone.
- Prices, market cap, balances and holder lists come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
4. Our interest in the token
The team behind Seat Airlines bought $SEAT when it launched, and those tokens are locked on Jupiter Lock, where anyone can check them. The team may also hold $SEAT in its own wallets; the operator’s wallet is seated on the aircraft like anyone else’s when it holds the token. Because we hold the token, we benefit if its price rises. Keep that in mind whenever we talk about it.
- Holding $SEAT gives you no share of creator fees or any other fees, revenue or profits, and no claim on Seat Airlines or anything it owns.
- Seats, adverts and the cabin directory are features of the site. They can change or stop at any time, and they are not rights, returns or rewards for holding.
- We make no promise about the token’s value, or about any future feature.
5. Wallets
Connecting a wallet shares only your public address with us. The site never asks for a transaction, a seed phrase or a private key. It only asks you to sign plain-text messages you can read in your wallet first. If anything claiming to be Seat Airlines asks for more, it is not us. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.
6. Your content
Holders can publish adverts, directory cards and messages. You are responsible for what you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it. You must not publish anything that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, a scam or phishing, malware, or that impersonates someone else.
By publishing content you give Seat Airlines a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it on the site, and in the seat cards and posts the site makes from it when you ask, for as long as it is published, and to keep copies afterwards for as long as our Privacy Policy says. We may remove any content, or block any wallet from publishing, at any time and for any reason.
Links in adverts and cards are posted by other users. We do not check or endorse them.
7. The game and the leaderboard
Scores are for fun and have no monetary value, and there are no prizes. We may remove any score we believe was not earned by playing, and we may reset the leaderboard at any time.
8. Sharing to X
You can share your flight’s picture or video, or your seat’s card, to X. If you choose to connect your X account, you authorise Seat Airlines to read your X username, upload that media and publish one post per share, only when you ask, on your behalf. We never post without your action, and you can disconnect at any time in the site or in your X settings (Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions). Your use of X is also governed by X’s Terms of Service.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer to cheat, or try to get around the site’s or its server’s limits or security, and do not use the site to break the law.
10. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or go offline at any time, and features may be added or removed without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Seat Airlines and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the site, of a wallet, of a token, or of content published by others.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
